METALOCUS. Return to the Sevillian house.

The architectural studio MM16 has designed the rehabilitation of a small house between party walls, half in ruins. The house is located in the old town in Seville, between two buildings that double in height, and that according to the studies of Francisco Collantes or José Ramón Sierra, recognize the typology as "Sevillian house".

Different modifications of different inhabitants were reproduced in the building, mixing environments and cultures. The building was heavily modified by the different occupants, some of whom; used the house as a source of extraction and sale of elements with value, such as the patio tiles or the covering of the main staircase, which was practically destroyed.
